Kempo 'Australia' is a traditional Martial Arts emcompassing the hard side, as in Karate, the soft side as in Gung-Fu, and the internal as in Tai Chi. [Tai Chi is optional for all students] Martial Arts started this way many centuries ago but through the spread around the world in the last century or so, various styles emerged emphasing either Karate or Gung Fu systems. Kempo 'Australia' maintains a balance of all three.

The Tiger commits it's entire mind and body into each move. There is no hesitation in the Tigers mind. Fingertip and revolving pushups are helpful during Tiger Training.
